With this he created ARK People Solutions taking the approach that events in the past six months have accelerated change to the extent that corporate HR departments have new considerations to tackle, reduced budgets and smaller teams to execute essential functions.

Tabitha has been instrumental in the implementation of company-wide culture projects and led two separate Customer Relationship Management programs in the companies she has worked for.
