ARK People Solutions, conceived and created by veteran human resources and talent expert Aseem Kapoor, is a timely external resource for organisations grappling with universal circumstances that are challenging the status quo of a corporate environment.
As an award-winning business-focused professional over 20 years in Emaar, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels and The Oberoi Group, Aseem understands the pressure points on talent management through varying cycles of change, economic climates and ambitious goals.
With this he created ARK People Solutions taking the approach that events in the past six months have accelerated change to the extent that corporate HR departments have new considerations to tackle, reduced budgets and smaller teams to execute essential functions.

With a personal value of striving to make a difference in people’s lives, Tabitha designs and facilitates programs ranging from guest experience and supervisory skills to leadership development. Tabitha has been instrumental in the implementation of company-wide culture projects and led two separate Customer Relationship Management programs in the companies she has worked for. As an affiliate partner with ARK People Solutions, Tabitha has designed solutions with the aim of providing the best learner experience.
