The Learning Paradox
Whether online learning is here to stay and better is than instructor-led or face-to-face training, still remains a highly deliberated issue; especially in the #hospitality and #service industry. According to #LinkedIn ‘s 2020 Workplace Learning Report, 57% of L&D professionals said they will allocate more budget towards online learning; while 38% expect to spend less on instructor-led learning.
